Our practitioner-grade Valerian herbal extract offers a natural approach to deal with sleeplessness. The herb is traditionally used as a soporific to induce sleep. It has therapeutic evidence that it reduces disturbed sleep and decreases restlessness & excess energy. 

Our seed to bottle herbal extraction process commences within 24 hours of the Valeriana officinalis being harvested, capturing the fresh root active medicinal constituents in a concentrated oral liquid form, size 30ml.

We prepare our Valerian herbal extract from the fresh root of certified organic Valeriana officinalis which is grown, harvested, and extracted on an organic and biodynamic farm. We believe fresh plant herbal extracts have an unrivalled vibrancy, and our approach delivers unparalleled traceability.

Contains:

No fillers, no oils, no artificial sweeteners, no gluten, no yeast, no wheat, no lactose, no milk derivatives, no artificial preservatives, no artificial colours, no artificial flavours. Suitable for Vegans. 25% ethanol.

Dosage:

Adults: 

To aid sleep take 5-7 mL by measure thirty minutes before bed or as professionally prescribed. Not to be used in children under 2 years without medical advice. A glass graduated pipette (mL) is supplied for easy measurement.

Directions:

Shake bottle well before use. This herbal extract has a natural flavour, and we suggest mixing with water. The expiry date is shown on the bottle and the extract should be used within three months of opening

Do not use with sedative medication and avoid alcoholic beverages or other sedatives. Not to be used in children under 2 years without medical advice. Exercise caution if operating machinery. Use as directed and consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Use with caution if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if the cap seal is broken. We offer exchange or refund for change of mind within 30 days of purchase. You can simply return your unopened and unused item back to us following our simple return process below. Please note, for returns due to change of mind, the shipping costs are at customer’s expense.

Placing an order Step by Step
