MenaQ7® (Vitamin K2 as MK-7) is a clinically validated, bioavailable form of vitamin K2 that is produced through a fermentation process that ensures a high-purity, all-trans MK-7 isomer—the biologically active form free from cis-isomers that reduce efficacy.

Prescribing Information: (considerations, contraindications)
- Vitamin K can antagonise and reverse the therapeutic effects of warfarin. Do not take this combination.
- Magnesium can reduce the bioavailability of levodopa/carbidopa. Do not take this combination.
- Calcium seems to reduce levels of dolutegravir and elvitegravir. Do not take this combination.
Warnings
- Use in children under 9 years is not recommended.
- This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses
- A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Calcifediol may have similar effects to Vitamin D. The medicine should not be taken in combination with supplements containing Vitamin D without medical advice.
- Consult your health care professional before taking in combination with other medicines.
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains 175 mg of potassium and 190 mg of sodium (as sodium citrate) per 7 g dose.
